About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 6 managers, driving performance and operational excellence within the business. This role involves contributing to strategic initiatives, including digital transformation projects, and providing high-level reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, governance, and best practice within the retirement fund space.

Requirements
- Relevant qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within the retirement/pension fund industry
- At least 3 years experience in a management/leadership capacity
- Strong working knowledge of DC funds (essential)
Qualifications
RE5 qualification (advantageous)
