Assign SQL and Matrix ticket follow-ups for support, development, incident resolution, and testing. Conduct a weekly two-hour walkthrough of all factories. Oversee Change Management, ensuring all necessary calls are logged and approved. Facilitate User Training and maintain updated training registers. Develop and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes. Implement new features effectively. Provide APK/Scanner support for system efficiency. Oversee MQA (Quality Suite Site) operations. Follow-Ups and Compliance: Conduct weekly follow-ups on open tickets. Send weekly feedback reports (including comments and suggestions). Ensure all training, SOPs, and handovers are documented and signed. Drive quick resolution of WWBC/Cavalier Scanner incidents. Ensure the Quality Control (QC) system functions optimally and initiate a project to transition QC to a paperless system. Testing

Conduct Matrix Development & Feature Testing. Perform Matrix Support Solution Testing. Carry out Matrix APK Testing. Execute QC Site Testing to ensure smooth operations. Identify and mitigate major system issues proactively. Support Services: Provide after-hours support as needed. Maintain efficient turnaround times for issue resolution. Deliver ERP Support (excluding general inquiries) within a one-day response/resolution timeframe. Reporting and Data Management: Ensure all data is valid and accurate. Monitor and enhance turnaround time for reports. Define and maintain clear report structures. Present reports effectively with proper version control.
