Perform the complete bookkeeping function. Manage VAT calculations and submissions. Handle EMP, UIF, and SARS compliance. Process transactions and reconciliations using Sage software (Sage, Sage Pastel, Sage One, or Pastel Partner). Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Oversee banking transactions, with a strong focus on Standard Banks banking system. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper. Financial diploma or similar qualification. Strong proficiency in Sage accounting software (Sage, Sage Pastel, Sage One, Pastel Partner). Experience with Standard Banks banking system is essential. Solid knowledge of VAT, EMP, UIF, and SARS processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
