Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate earthworks operations , ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise and manage teams working with heavy construction machinery . Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines . Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain and update site documentation and progress reports .
Requirements:
5 years of experience in earthworks supervision . Strong knowledge of large construction vehicles and their operations . Experience in civil construction and bulk earthworks . Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail.
