Job Summary
Are you an experienced leader in customer service ready for an international adventure? Our fast growing BPO client is looking for a driven Operations Manager to strengthen their Dutch speaking team in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, with direct oversight on team leaders. You will ensure that operational goals are met, maintain high service quality, and play a key role in implementing process improvements. In this role, fluency in Dutch and English are essential. This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to leverage their leadership skills internationally. What is on offer?
