Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 Years with last 3 years as RCA SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Experience:
- Advance RCA PROACT training / Apollo RCA certificate preferred.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
- Problem Solving & Analytical thinking.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate.
- Working experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals.
- Experience with Logic Tree and 5 Why Analyses, Meridium RCA PROACT Module knowledge.
- Familiar with Performance killers & Bad actors.
- Familiarity with reliability techniques such as FMEA and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Experience in traditional maintenance methods such as CMMS, PM, PdM and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Monthly and annual KPIs of the RCA program.
