Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
– Facilitate equipment repairs for clients
– Monitor service calls and technicians to ensure SLAs are met
– Dispatch service calls efficiently, working closely with field supervisors
– Support field technicians and service agents, including work order management and technical assistance
– Communicate professionally with clients and store partners to ensure service requirements are met
– Handle customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
– 2–4 years of experience in a service admin, dispatch, or service coordination role
– Industry knowledge (coffee, beverage, refrigeration, QSR) is a plus
– Strong time management and multitasking skills
– Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to learn new software
– Own transport (required)
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
– Strong organizational and analytical thinking ability
– Ability to work independently and in a team within a rapidly changing environment
