Responsibilities:
Full Accounting Function: Oversee all back-office processes and procedures necessary for accurate and timely invoicing. Manage third-party accounting support and ensure service delivery on their retainer. Secretarial Function: Ensure compliance with AGMs, Board meetings, and associated minutes. Coordinate with external secretarial service providers for support. HR Function Support: Assist in sourcing new talent and managing employment contracts. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated effectively to all staff. Manage group cover, retirement provisions, and medical aid. Maintain up-to-date personnel files and support disciplinary processes in collaboration with HR consultants. Manage HR consultant retainer and ensure effective delivery of services. Administration & Facilities Management: Oversee reception, admin, and cleaning functions. Manage the company vehicle pool, short-term insurance, and asset register. Administer small cell phone pool (upgrades, allocations). Handle petty cash, fleet, credit cards, and CAPEX processes. Budgeting & Financial Management: Collaborate with teams to compile and manage overall budget. Oversee payroll and leave administration in partnership with HR consultants. Facilitate training interventions and ensure compliance with agreements. Compliance & Audit: Support audit/review and AFS processes with external auditors. Safeguard all signed contracts and agreements. Manage BEE compliance and facilitate scorecard processes. Advise on matters impacting the company`s compliance status. Other Key Functions: Interact with SARS for submissions and payments. Handle credit applications and manage primary bank contacts. Ensure compliance with EEA in working with HR consultants. Requirements & Qualifications: CA (SA) or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in managing finance, HR, and administrative functions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. Strong understanding of compliance, audit processes, and payroll administration.
