Job Summary
As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy and direction of the business. Overseeing a team of finance professionals, you will manage all financial operations, including:
- Strategic planning and business partnering
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Risk management, compliance, and governance
- Driving operational efficiency and financial performance
What You Bring:
- Experience: ~15 years in finance, including at least 6 years in senior leadership
- Sector Background: FMCG, Food & Beverage industry experience preferred
- Languages: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential
- Geographic Exposure: Proven experience working across the African continent
