Job Summary
Qualifications required:
- Must have completed a 3 year Degree or equivalent – this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Completed MBA or PhD will be given preference
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience within the Automotive Retail industry
- 5+ years’ experience managing and running a business on a National or Regional level or equivalent.
- Notable business performance achievements
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Ability to perform in challenging and competitive markets

- Strong financial and business acumen

Job description:
- Drive and ensure that budgeted profits are met by managing operating costs and business performance
- Strengthening and maximising profitability
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders
- Focus on and ensure top quality customer service
- Manage continuous training and development of staff
- Lead and manage day to day business performance
- Manage all business operations (sales, marketing, after-sales, logistics, etc)
- Develop and implement strategies and processes
- Develop and implement financial risk management strategies and processes
- Cost saving initiatives
- Contract and relationship management with clients
- Business planning
- Quality assurance
- Ensure compliance to legislative changes
