About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for managing country-wide operations, including logistics, clearing, finance, and workshop functions. The role requires a strong operational leader who can drive efficiency, ensure financial discipline, and support business growth in a complex, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics, clearing, and operational activities across the country
  • Take full ownership of financial performance, including reporting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial procedures
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across finance, operations, and workshop functions
  • Monitor and improve business performance through financial analysis and reporting
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to minimise exposure and improve efficiency
  • Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance to ensure high availability and operational reliability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost and performance
  • Support and develop new business opportunities and growth initiatives

About the Role

As the senior in-country leader, you will have full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, compliance, and people management across all business units.
