Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control costs to improve financial efficiency.
• Lead financial risk management and internal controls.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis.
• Manage relationships with banks, Auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Minimum 8–10 years senior finance experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations and tax laws.
• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP and Oracle).
