A skilled and driven Head Chef is needed to take full leadership of the kitchen, from initial setup through to post-launch operations. This hands-on role includes full kitchen establishment, menu creation, team recruitment, supplier management, and day-to-day oversight. Reporting directly to the ownership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the restaurants culinary direction, operational structure, and guest experienceMinimum Requirements:35+ years experience as Head Chef in a steakhouse, grill room, or upmarket restaurantRecognised culinary diploma or professional certificationAdvanced skills in butchery, grilling, and sauce workProven track record in setting up new kitchens or launching restaurant operationsExperience in managing kitchen teams, training staff, and implementing SOPsStrong background in stock control, menu costing, supplier management, and budgetingExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesValid passport and willingness to relocate.
