Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, and CIMA) is mandatory.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership.
• Experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or the distribution/logistics sectors is highly preferred.
• Experience managing audits, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Rwandan tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
