Key Skills & 

Requirements:


Education:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in the HR discipline.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian employment laws.
  • Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Relevant experience in the trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
