Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans by region, channel (retail, horeca, wholesale), and product
• Build strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and trade partners
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with trade marketing and brand teams to ensure effective market execution
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives across the country
• Ensure compliance with local laws and responsible alcohol marketing practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• Kenyan citizen with in-depth knowledge of the local liquor market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years’ experience in sales management within the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industry
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience managing key accounts and distributors
• Willing to travel across Kenya regularly
