Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell heavy machinery and related equipment to clients across Mozambique.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in line with targets.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction equipment, mining, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Mozambican market and regional business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Mozambique.
