AC Direct is looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to add value and grow in an exciting and ever growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. The position currently available is the role of a Sales and Aftersales Administrator and daily responsibilities will include the following:Duties include:Manage sales and aftersales related enquiries over email and phone callAnswering existing and potential customers` questions and sending additional information over emailKeeping up with product and service information and updatesUpselling products and servicesExplaining product features and benefitsQualifications & Experience:Applicant must have proven experience in the sales and aftersales service fieldMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeSkills & Attributes:Must be good communicators in English and AfrikaansMust have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and writtenGood organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent phone calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong listening and sales skillsMust have a valid South African drivers licenseMust be able to travel and work in the Randvaal, Gauteng areaOnly applicants that meet these requirements will be considered for the first round of interviews.CVs will only be considered if sent to AC Direct
