About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and according to schedule.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a supervisory or site-based role. Knowledge of health and safety standards. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
