About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and according to schedule.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce requirements.
- Report site progress, incidents, and delays to management.
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and productivity are maintained.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors where necessary.
- Resolve operational problems and escalate major issues to management.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a supervisory or site-based role
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
