MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous 5 years management experience preferably in blueberries Strong technical knowledge in IPM, fertilization practices and irrigation Good administrative and computer skills (MS Office especially Excel) Emotionally intelligent, performs well under pressure and adapts well to changing circumstances Maintenance and mechanically orientated Ability to motivate and work with staff Valid drivers license ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
