Badplaas: Site Agent (Roads Construction) – 3 Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Agent to join our team in Badplaas, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing road construction projects and ensuring that all civil construction processes are managed efficiently. This is a 3-month contract position, and we prefer candidates who are available immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sites to ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations
• Supervise site personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including reports and invoices
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5 Years proven experience as a Site Agent on road construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site management
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to be based in Elukwatini (Badplaas) for the contract duration
