Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Process orders, invoices and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate records and support sales reporting
- Assist with marketing, events, and admin tasks
- Support the Finance Manager with reporting and coordination
You’ll Need:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or similar
- 2–3 years’ experience in an admin or support role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- MS Office and CRM knowledge
- A customer-focused attitude with a sharp eye for detail
