ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFIER and EXTERNAL REPRESENTATIVE. BALLITOSALARY NEGOTIABLE: 20,000 + Basic, Commission and Pension.The applicant who applies for this position must please take careful noteOf the stipulations. Any applications received that DO NOT MEET THESTIPULATED REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.1.Must have knowledge of TILES OR SALES IN THE BUILDING INDUSTRY DEALING WITH ARCHITECTS, CONTRACTORS AND builders.2.Understanding how to present on a laptop and use a CRM program.3.candidate must have a good command of English spoken and written.4.Very well groomed and has a strong outgoing personality.5.Must have an understanding of the building industry and specifications.6.The candidate must be able to work under pressure and handle tough outcomes.7.A minimum of 3 years experience in sales would be a requirement.6.
