About the Role
As a Chef de Partie at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for upholding our brand standards while optimizing our culinary offerings through your skills and creativity. You will work closely with our team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our Brand standards are always upheld.
- Optimize our brand through your culinary skills
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating food cost effectively and on an ongoing basis.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment.
- Menu adherence and production of the menus set out.
- Safe hygiene & Safety practices in the kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Keep up to date with international culinary trends.
Requirements
Grade 12
A formal culinary qualification
Proven Culinary experience
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a 4 / 5* Hotel environment
Excellent English Speaking and Written
Zulu Speaking and understanding is an advantage
