1. Advise on corporate governance practices, including policy development, risk management, and ethical conduct
2. Maintain operational integrity within the company’s framework
3. Work closely with the executive and management teams to implement necessary changes.
4. Plan and coordinate transverse legal services.
5. Provide sound legal advice to the Companies management
6. Analyse information on all legal matters
7. Coordinate legal action that may require external legal assistance
8. Utilise negotiation and communication skills, risk, financial & legal expertise in the management of the client relationships.
9. Compliance and legal projects management
10. Legal advice and documentation reviews
