About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to join our luxury boutique hotel in Ballito, where they will support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution. With a proven track record of delivering high-end hospitality experiences, our ideal candidate is passionate about excellence and dedicated to culinary perfection.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently to luxury standards
Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring a professional and efficient team
Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and inventory management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
