About the Role

MOUNT CARMEL FARMS is seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key link between production, packhouse, and sales, responsible for managing existing and new contracts, pursuing new customers, and ensuring timely order dispatch. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a sales-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing and new contracts with suppliers and customers
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Ensure orders are dispatched within required timelines and at correct standards
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, including budgeting, reporting, and controlling
