Description:
Hire Resolve’s client is currently looking a Mechanical Engineering Foreman with extensive winder experience to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical maintenance.
• Prioritize and direct Artisans based on emergencies.
• Respond to mechanical breakdowns.
• Manage the Engineering workshop and stores.
• Control and order required stock and materials.
• Design basic mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• Valid Trade Test Certificate (Mechanical)
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Foreman
• 5 years’ experience working on winders.
• Valid Driver’s License
