About the Role
Beacon an idyllic lodge in Beaufort West, Western Cape, is seeking a warm and welcoming receptionist to be the face of our establishment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth lodge operations and excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor room bookings and availability
- Process payments and handle transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Experience in a lodge environment
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software

Salary & Benefits
R10 000 per month, live-in accommodation.
