Key Responsibilities: The Crossfit Gym Keeping track of gym memberships between the ERP System (Octiv) and the Accounting System (Palladium). Processing of Membership invoices. Processing of Payments Received in Palladium cashbook and updating same in Octiv. Follow up on outstanding balances/invoices. Keep Customer Age Analysis clean by correctly allocating payments received to invoices. Processing Cash payments/expenses and Balance to cash in tin. Â The Wholesale & Retail of Fitness Equipment Opening of COD customer accounts as per Customer Information sheets from Internal & External Sales staff. Applying for Customer Credit Limits from CGIC and opening of 30-Day customer accounts as per Customer Credit Applications from Internal & External Sales staff. Analyse daily payments received for Internal Sales staff so that they know which COD orders can be invoiced and despatched. Loading credit limits according to the above so that invoices can be processed without having to wait for cashbook processing of payments received. Processing payments received in both Cashbooks coming in via:Â EFT Credit Card payments Merchant Card payments Follow up on partly/outstanding balances/invoices. Keep Customer Age Analysis clean by correctly allocating payments received to invoices. Processing Cash payments/expenses and Balance to cash in tin. Essential requirements: Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – Minimum. Proven experience in a similar Debtors or Accounts Receivable role (3 Years minimum). Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Time management skills. Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
