Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development Ensure legal compliance and best practices in employment policies and procedures Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture Lead performance management, appraisals, and talent development initiatives Handle payroll coordination and HR reporting in partnership with Finance Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and staffing levels Implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels vision and guest service excellence Requirements: Local citizens Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field Minimum of 5 years HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving mindset with strong emotional intelligence Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Supportive and vibrant work culture A chance to make a tangible impact on staff wellbeing and guest satisfaction Join us and be part of a team thats passionate about people and hospitality excellence!
