Maintenance Manager | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Bela Bela Salary: R35,000 month Negotiable DOE | Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Maintenance Manager for a distinguished luxury private game reserve located in Bela Bela . This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in a remote hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across the property, including infrastructure, plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, and equipment Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns and repairs promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards Liaise with other department heads to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience Maintain records of maintenance tasks, inventory levels, and supplier relationships Provide regular reports on maintenance performance and ongoing projects Requirements: Proven experience in a senior maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality or lodge industry Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Experience managing a team and coordinating maintenance schedules Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and in a remote location Valid driver’s license Package Includes: Competitive salary: R35,000 – R40,000 (Negotiable based on experience) Live-in accommodation with water, electricity, and Wi-Fi included Uniform provided Medical aid contribution Provident fund Meals on duty or meal allowance If you are a skilled Maintenance Manager looking to join a high-end lodge environment, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to Kendrick Recruitment today.
