Pastry Chef de Partie
An exciting opportunity has opened for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our luxury property. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for pastry who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is eager to contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver menus that reflect creativity and consistency
• Ensure all products meet the highest standards of presentation, taste, and texture
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and kitchen regulations
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings
• Train and mentor junior team members when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or in a similar pastry role within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants
• Strong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparation
• Creativity and passion for developing innovative and visually stunning desserts
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
