Job Summary

Hire Resolve`s client, a healthcare facility, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join their team. As an Admin Manager, you will oversee the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative functions and operations
  • Oversee the daily activities of administrative staff and assign tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the office
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
  • Manage budgets and oversee spending related to administrative functions
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative staff
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and requests for information
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
