Job Summary
Guide and support business integration of new acquisitions
Champion and implement our EVP
Lead in labour effectiveness, employee relations & skills development
Drive HR analytics and policy compliance
Foster a culture of high performance, morale, and retention
Serve as a change agent in HR tech implementation and adoption
What You’ll Need:
- A B Degree (e.g., BCom or HR Management)
- 4+ years’ HR Business Partner experience in retail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Strong administrative abilities with keen attention to detail
- Own transport and willingness to travel
