Job Summary

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  1. Strong knowledge of administration principles.
  2. A good understanding of the Employee Benefits industry will be beneficial
  3. Practical experience on Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  4. Death and Disability Claims.
  5. Provide premium bordereaux monthly by the 15th of the month
  6. Provide unearned premium reserve reports calculated according to the 365th method on all annual policies

 
Behavioural Competencies:

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Afrikaans
  2. Understanding of accounting principles
  3. Professional communication
  4. Organized and good time management skills
  5. Client service orientated
