Executive Assistant to CEO Bellville Cape Town

Our client in Bellville Cape Town is looking for a personal assistant with 10 years Executive Assistant / C Suit experience within the financial services asset management environment dealing with top level shareholders and exco. Need to juggle between 4 very busy to management schedules and diaries. You need global international experience,

Salary Very Highly Negotiable

Requirements

Bcom Degree/Diploma secretarial / business admin or office management – OR relevent

Executive assistant experience of 10+ years to a CEO/Chairman/MD high level

Excellent time keeping and develop and maintain the annual corporate calendar

Oversee Office support and EXCO

Must have Financial Services – Investment and asset management experience

Arrange and plan high level corporate meeting, appointment, conferences and function

Coordinate local and international travel and accommodation

Excellent Advanced Excel and Microsoft / PowerPoint and other software skills

Dealing with outsourced services and building relationships
