HAIR & BASIN OPERATOR BELLVILLE – CPT Northern Suburbs (Western-Cape), ZA START: A.S.A.P TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 18:00 (including lunch) 1x Long Weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon) Days off alternate Sunday & Monday/Sunday & Tuesday REPORTS TO: Owner EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Seasonal / Fixed Term contract SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: R6,000 per month MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Permitted for employment in South Africa At least 1 year working in a hair salon or spa as a basin operator Excellent time management Able to build good rapport with clients – bubbly and welcoming Focused on maintaining a clean, hygienic work area (basin, mirror stations, stock room, laundry) SKILLS: Shampoo duties Color application assistance Blow dries Any assistance required by senior stylists Coffee / Tea and refreshments prep Laundry of towels Housekeeping (sweeping and cleaning of hair stations & basin) Assist with stock or any other ad-hoc hair salon duties as required by management
