HAIR & BASIN OPERATOR

BELLVILLE – CPT Northern Suburbs (Western-Cape), ZA

START: A.S.A.P

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Saturday
• 09:00 – 18:00 (including lunch)
• 1x Long Weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon)
• Days off alternate Sunday & Monday/Sunday & Tuesday

REPORTS TO: Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Seasonal / Fixed Term contract

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R6,000 per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Permitted for employment in South Africa
2. At least 1 year working in a hair salon or spa as a basin operator
3. Excellent time management
4. Able to build good rapport with clients – bubbly and welcoming
5. Focused on maintaining a clean, hygienic work area (basin, mirror stations, stock room, laundry)

SKILLS:

• Shampoo duties
• Color application assistance
• Blow dries
• Any assistance required by senior stylists
• Coffee / Tea and refreshments prep
• Laundry of towels
• Housekeeping (sweeping and cleaning of hair stations & basin)
• Assist with stock or any other ad-hoc hair salon duties as required by management
