BizTech Department The BizTech Department represents the unified business technology organisation of the Group of Companies, and is responsible for the design, development, management, transition and support of all information and technology solutions and services. Vision To co-create means and opportunities through the use and interaction with technology, that empower and inspire the its employees, founders and members to achieve their dreams, ambitions and goals. Strategy Concept BizTech is grounded on the concept of “where business (people) and technology meet, opportunities are created that enable greater business outcomes”. Strategy Consists of a set of management practices, tools, organisational structures, forums, culture, and technology governance, designed to ensure that the use of technology and skills are optimised across the business, with the overarching goal of satisfying customer (internal and external) needs and expectations Organises and coordinates technology across the company to the benefit of the organisation and its members Drives a culture of highly effective and seamless collaboration between IT specialists, product and process owners, business leaders and members, transforming traditional siloed business and technology functions into a unified business technology organisation The Team The team is everyone in the BizTech department, and the team is also the greater organisation – our colleagues, leaders, business partners and members – who depend on, and who is empowered by technology. Service Portfolio BizTech currently consists of the follow service functions, each responsible for the design, development, management, transition, compliance and support of their respective services: Service Operations IT Infrastructure ERP (Odoo) Member Portal Project Management Office (PMO) Business Intelligence (BI) Job Title and Level Job Title IT Application Delivery Manager Department BizTech Functional Area / Team Service Operations Direct Reports Business and Systems Analysts, External Developers and Partners Skill / Grading Level Professionally Qualified & experienced specialists/mid-management Mobility / Travel Yes After Hours Support / Standby Yes Purpose The IT Applications Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence of assigned business applications. This role acts as a value-enabling partner to Business Owners , ensuring business needs are clearly translated into deliverable outcomes. You will own the technical delivery pipeline , including DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation, environment readiness, and production support. The goal is to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable, and secure applications that evolve continuously with business needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Functional Duties and Responsibilities Application Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end application delivery from ideation to production. Manage cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, QA engineers, and vendors. Develop and maintain product delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities. Define, implement, and govern the SDLC using Agile and DevOps practices. Monitor performance and provide delivery reporting to stakeholders. Partnership & Co-Ownership Serve as a co-product owner with Business Owners. Prioritise features with stakeholders, balancing value, risk, and feasibility. Define value metrics, MVP scope, and acceptance criteria. Govern lifecycle activities: stakeholder validation, feedback incorporation, and roadmap evolution
