(eng= Sales Data Capturer Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly accurate Sales Data Capturer to support the sales department through precise data capturing and administrative processing. This role is critical to ensuring smooth client onboarding, compliance, and operational accuracy. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate capturing, verification, and processing of new client applications , as well as daily reconciliation checks to ensure data integrity across systems. This position suits someone who thrives in a structured, performance-driven office environment. Location: Bellville, Western Cape Salary: R12 500 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 17:00 Friday: 08:00 16:00 One Saturday per month: 09:00 13:00 Every second non-Christian public holiday: 09:00 13:00 Potential overtime during month-end. Available Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities Application Processing Capture and process new client applications accurately and timeously. Verify that all information is complete, correct, and compliant. Ensure all required supporting documentation is attached and meets compliance standards. Reconciliation & Accuracy Checks Review and update the daily reconciliation sheet to confirm accuracy of applications. Cross-check data across systems to ensure consistency. Problem Resolution & Communication Report discrepancies, missing information, or irregularities to the Supervisor promptly. Assist the team with administrative and data-related queries when required. Job Requirements Matric Certificate. Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or Business Management is advantageous Previous experience in data capturing or administration is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of compliance and document verification processes. Probleemoplossing & Kommunikasie Rapporteer enige afwykings, ontbrekende inligting of onreëlmatighede betyds aan die Toesighouer.
