Job Description
- BCom Accounting / Finance degree.
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles.
- 0–2 years’ post-articles experience (recently qualified candidates encouraged to apply).
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across African regions.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and audit processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) and ERP systems (SAP advantageous).

Duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to African branches to review financial records, internal controls, and compliance.
- Ensure branch financial processes align with group policies and IFRS standards.
- Identify gaps and risks in financial systems and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare branches for internal and external audits by ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation.
- Provide training and support to local finance teams to strengthen reporting and compliance.
- Monitor reconciliations, stock controls, and asset registers at branch level.
- Consolidate and report findings to head office with clear recommendations.
- Act as liaison between group finance and branch offices.
