Requirements 

• Minimum 5-10 years of factory maintenance experience as a millwright.
• Strong knowledge of Overhead Crane Maintenance and Electrical Methods.
• In-depth understanding of electrical maintenance techniques, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of electrical components.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Experience in working with and troubleshooting proximity sensors used in various automated systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and communications.
• Knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Standards and solid understanding of workplace safety protocols, and the ability to apply safety standards in all electrical work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently for effective communication and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess situations, analyze electrical systems, and implement solutions.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and after-hours to address electrical breakdowns or urgent maintenance requirements.
