Qualifications Matric Requirements 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role 3-5 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry. Any previous experience working with concrete or the manufacturing of concrete products will by highly advantageous Duties Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear instruction and reporting. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for resolving issues effectively. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Be able to read and understand production drawings. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently within a busy environment. Reliability & Accountability: Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities or work conditions. Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks and processes. Ensures that operations, safety procedures, and quality standards are consistently met with minimal errors. Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for the entire shift, managing high-energy tasks and standing for extended periods. Must be able to handle physical demands, including lifting and moving materials if needed. Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working with others and fostering a positive team environment.
