We are looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to work with our team on drink development for menus using our in-house brand. This role focuses on crafting signature mocktails, iced drinks, and specialty beverages that are visually appealing, flavour-forward, and commercially viable.If you are passionate about flavour creation, drink trends, and turning ideas into scalable, menu-ready recipes, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop signature drinks and mocktails for menus, campaigns, and product useCreate classic-inspired and innovative beverage recipesWork with in-house product brands to deliver flavour-forward, brand-aligned drinksTest, refine, and document recipes to ensure consistency and scalabilityCollaborate with marketing teams on drink naming, descriptions, and presentationMaintain strong knowledge of ingredients, syrups, infusions, garnishes, and preparation methodsEnsure recipes are practical for commercial caf and event environmentsAssist with tastings, launches, and content shoots when requiredRequirements:Proven experience as a Mixologist or Beverage SpecialistStrong understanding of mocktails and non-alcoholic beveragesSolid knowledge of flavour balance and drink presentationAbility to work independently and meet project timelinesCreative mindset with commercial awarenessMenu development experience is advantageousMixology certification preferred but not essential
