Key Performance: Production Delays Product Reworks Accuracy of work Customer service levels and reduction of customer complaint`s Position Responsibilities: Accurate preparation of ingredients for blending into the oil following established recipes and methods. Confirm all ingredients, ratios and weights are correct. Ensure that the blending process is carried out accurately according to defined procedures. Ensure minimal product defeats and downtime due to blending operations. Take blended oil samples to lab for testing. Clean blending and material systems for product changes and shutdowns. Keep blending room and blending tanks area clean. Communicate any important information to the Production Manager, Supervisors and the QA Analyst. Is consistently on time and at work. Required to work overtime when requested to do so. Overtime may be required when needed to finish a production run, to cover for other employees absent from work, meet customer expectations, etc. Keep and maintain ingredient blending records. Maintaining traceability by tracking batch numbers. Follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Immediately reports any problems with the equipment, ingredients and oil to the Production Manager, Production Supervisor bd QA Analysts. Watches for contamination in the product along any point of production. Participates in weekly plant GMP Audits. Other duties as assigned.
