About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Foreman to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing high-risk teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site operations, ensuring efficient production and minimal downtime
- Manage diesel control and fuel reconciliation processes
- Identify machinery faults and perform basic mechanical repairs
- Maintain accurate records using operational reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (SHEQ exposure)
- Coordinate stock control processes and weighbridge operations
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Logistics, Warehousing or Production Management
- 2 Years supervisory experience in a machine operating, warehousing, logistics or production environment
- 5 Years operational experience within machine operations, warehousing and/or logistics
- Experience working in a plant, milling, or bulk material handling environment (advantageous)
- Proven experience managing teams in a high-risk operational environment
- Valid Drivers License essential
- Own reliable transport (advantageous due to location)
