Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and ready to play a crucial role in monitoring and managing operations? Our client is looking for a dedicated Control Room Operator to be the eyes and ears of our client’s organization, ensuring smooth and efficient control of our systems 24/7. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving in real time, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Industry: Delivering advanced monitoring equipment solutions with high precision for the Transport, Construction, Agriculture, and Mining industries.
Minimum requirements:
- Reliable transport
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Matric
- Minimum 1-2 years control room experience as well as fleet/logistics experience is a MUST
- MOS (Management Operating System) knowledge is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Office
- Non-smoker
Required skills:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Able to work under pressure
- Good coordination skills
- Work independently
- Must be able to take initiative
Remuneration:
R 10 000 basic, depending on experience + Overtime and Night shift Allowance
Working hours:
Shift 1: 07:00 – 19:00
Shift 2: 19:00 – 07:00
Standard: 168 working hours per month
Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a rotation basis
