We are looking for a Spray Painter / Panel Beater All-Rounder who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the full refinishing process.Key Responsibilities:- Setup and operation of spray guns and equipment.- Application of base coat, primer, and clear coat.- Sanding, masking, and prepping surfaces for painting.- Conduct cut buffing and polishing to a professional finish.- Dismantle and reassemble vehicle components and panels as needed.- Assess damages and perform minor mechanical tasks.- Understand and properly use all paint shop tools and equipment.- Interior detailing knowledge is a strong advantage.- Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) skills and the ability to use dent repair tools without damaging paintwork is highly desirable.Required Knowledge and experience:- Trade Test Certificate in Panel Beating/Spraypainting- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role- Proficiency in welding, metalworking, and spray painting- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
