Minimum requirements:

• Trade Test: Diesel Mechanic
• Driver’s license
• Own vehicle
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Proficient in MS Office

Required skills:

• Diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Transmission, brake, and drivetrain servicing

• Use of diagnostic tools and software

• Welding and basic fabrication (advantageous)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and teamwork

• Attention to detail and safety compliance

• Accurate record-keeping and job card handling

• Physically fit and OHS compliant
